Confrontation

Well, hello! It has definitely been a long time. I have a twitter account and I don't tweet that much, let alone write an entry.

I'm doing fine with my work, in fact I enjoyed it! I'm still trying to get to know the people better. My job is interesting too, well at least for me, in comparison with my previous job.

Other than that, I'm still trying to find that sweet spot in my relationship. You need to keep the romance going, which means you will have to strike a balance within every aspect in the relationship, which is not easy.

A relationship may have many issues, and not all relationships have the same ones, because of the different pairs of personalities. Sometimes, leaving too many issues unresolved can be very overwhelming, especially when these issues keep popping up. You get frustrated, exhausted, demoralised. How often do you feel that way and how do you resolve it?

Not only in relationships, we also face similar situations at work (where your personality clashes with that of your bosses or colleagues), at home with your family or with friends (especially if an egoistic/bitchy person is involved).

We tend to shy away from those situations, to avoid awkwardness or discomfort if there is a confrontation. So how do you express your feelings without hurting someone else? Which is better; a text, an email, over the phone or face to face?

I don't know. I guess you'll have to try to figure it out.
