Thinking of changing styles

I've been thinking of changing my hairstyle. Firstly, my fringe is growing too long, but usually when I trim, it's not short to be bangs. So I was wondering, should I keep it long, or cut it so short to have bangs.

Second, this is the longest I've grown my hair, and damage control trim is long overdue. The salon that I go to in One Utama shopping mall (Razor Edge) is currently undergoing renovation, but I'm not so sure if they have resumed business. Anyhow, there are split ends, which I thought maybe I should just cut my hair short so that new and healthier hair grows out faster. But I feel sexy with long hair.

Lastly, my roots are growing out which caused a clear distinction between new black hair with my bright brown hair. Touching up is expensive, but dying my hair while's it's long is damaging and really expensive. So I wondered if I should go into the darker side or maintain the bright colourful hair.

Somehow, I prefer long and coloured hair. Makes me feel sexy!
